Shipping & Delivery informationWe will endeavour to deliver all personalised goods within 21 days of confirmation of order, although we will do our utmost to deliver earlier. 'In- stock', non-personalised items are normally sent within 24 hours. We operate a 'fair pricing policy' for postage & packing- reflecting the weight, volume & value of shipment- most orders will be sent via Royal Mail 'signed for'/ recorded delivery Larger orders are capped at a maximum postage & packing rate of £11.95 - these may be sent by FEDEX 48 or equivalent carrier For deliveries outside the UK please email us at info@alleycatz.co.uk. For store collection, there is no charge. Please select this option if you wish to come to the store to collect- you will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.  |
Non-personalised orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours, personalised orders normally within two weeks, but up to four weeks in the summer.
