Shipping & Delivery information

We will endeavour to deliver all personalised goods within 14 days of confirmation of order, although we will do our utmost to deliver earlier. 'In- stock', non-personalised items are normally sent within 24 hours.

We operate a 'fair pricing policy' for postage & packing- reflecting the weight, volume & value of shipment- most orders will be sent via Royal Mail 'signed for'/ recorded delivery

Larger orders are capped at a maximum postage & packing rate of £9.95 - these may be sent by Parcelforce or equivalent carrier

For store collection, there is no charge. Please select this option if you wish to come to the store to collect- you will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.
