Rainbows

Rainbow Guides is for girls only - aged between 5 - 7 years old.

The Rainbow uniform is specially designed to be stylish and practical, indoors or out.

Rainbow meetings involve games and activities designed to encourage the girls to think individually as well as play and work together as part of a safe girl only environment

Most Rainbows enjoy a 'sleepover'. They give Rainbows a chance to get to know each other as well as grow in confidence and gain a sense of independence.

Beavers

Beaver Scouts is for young people usually aged between six and eight years old.

Easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirt uniform, Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. They usually meet together once a week in a Beaver Scout Colony.

Cubs

Open to Boys & Girls aged between 8 – 10½ years old. Cubs are able to try lots of different activities including exploring, playing music and a variety of sports with badges awarded for specific achievements. This can be worn on their Cubs uniform. Cubs also enjoy organised trips away.

Scouts

Aged between 10½ -14 years old - open to Boys & Girls.

The Scout uniform is designed to be smart yet practical

Participation is the focus for Scouts, in both indoor and outdoor activities which challenge and develop their abilities both physically and creatively. The outdoor activities are more advanced than those involved at the Cubs level and can be as exciting as Yachting or abseiling as well as camping and cooking.

There is also a strong international participation which opens up even more opportunities for Scouts.

Brownies

Aged between 7 -10 years old - open to Girls only.

The Brownie Uniform is designed to be practical and comfortable for all activities

Each Brownie belongs to a pack, this being the name for the whole group. Within that group/pack they are broken in to smaller groups called sixes.

Brownie meetings are usually once a week and are packed with challenging activities as well as fun games. Friendships are made and new interests developed. Often Brownie packs also go away on holiday or camp.

Guides

Aged between 10 - 14 years old - open to Girls only.

There is a range of options on the Guides uniform – based on different activities.

Guides are encouraged to learn new skills as well as develop current ones by earning badges. There's an enormous range of activities available - from outdoor challenges to learning new skills, international travel as well as involvement in community action projects. Guides make a lot of friends and have a lot of fun.

Guides...

• are challenged by new experiences, achieving a sense of pride, self respect and confidence
• Learn to think for themselves and make decisions.
• Build team spirit and acquire leadership skills.
• Learn the value of contributing to society

Sizing

We welcome callers at our store (google maps/ time opening etc). We're based in Thames Ditton - convenient for Surbiton, Kingston, Esher, New Malden & Cobham. There's even easy parking directly opposite!
